2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2Ti 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
I guess we should not be surprised that God’s Word is true! The time has come, indeed, when, as Martin Bashir put it, “You have created a Gospel that is warm, kind, and comfortable for a contemporary culture, which is frankly unbiblical and historically inaccurate“. There is no doubt that we have certainly come to the age when people would rather believe a fable than the TRUTH of God’s Word. The funny thing to me, in this video, is that even the world seems to understand the clarity of the Gospel’s message; that there is a definitive choice to accept or reject the Lord Jesus Christ as the Saviour of the world, and that this decision will determine one’s eternal destiny. Kudos to Martin Bashir for hammering this wolf in sheep’s clothing, and shame on this weasel who is following the foot steps of Rick Warren and Joel Osteen, who only really care about the size of their ministry by worldly, carnal, and watered-down messages, rather than reaching the perishing with the life giving message of Christ Jesus.
